Big News from Zewing Girl

With the 4th of July come and gone, summer is officially in full swing and so is the Zewing Girl compound.
The next Zewing Girl event is at 34th Annual Lake Country Art Festival on Saturday July 11. We’ll be showing along side my good friend (and sister-in-law) The Distinguished Bag Lady (http://www.distinguishedbaglady.com/) along with 150 other exhibitors and sponsors. The Lake Country Art Festival is a huge single day event at Naga-waukee Park (http://www.lakecountrywomensclub.org/artfestival2008.html) There’s tons of food, tons of fun and of course, tons of shopping. There’s literally something for the entire family to do. Portions of the proceeds go to local charities too, so everyone wins!
Now the BIG news at Zewing Girl is that I was invited to show at this year’s Wisconsin State Fair in the main exhibit hall (somewhere between the hot-tubs and Sham-Wows I’m sure). This is a HUGE step for Zewing Girl obviously and by far the largest show I’ve undertaken. If you happen to be attending the fair this year, please stop by and visit. I love the support and positive energy everyone gives me. It’s what keeps me going, and I’m sure with the size and work involved with this show, I’ll need everything I can get. Hope to see you there!
