State Fair wrap up and more!

August 20, 2009

Wow. I have to admit that was a long, hard 11 days at the State Fair, but it was so worth it. I really got to meet a ton of new and exciting, fun people while I was there. Thank you to EVERY SINGLE person (many of which it seems signed up for this mailing list) that stopped by my booth, either for 1st or the 100th time, to say hello and do some shopping. Your support, especially the verbal support, really helped me through those days. It was all greatly appreciated, and yes, Zewing Girl will be back at The Fair next year for sure.

Some good things are brewing at the ZG compound. We've got some new products in the works (It seems the spur of the moment lanyard I made for myself for The Fair was a big hit with people) and the website is starting to ramp up. So far we've added nearly 50 watch bands for you to add to your collection. Watch sets will be online shortly too. The Keychains are getting organized, pictures snapped, and more and more of those will be posted here soon too. Skirts... man I gotta make some skirts. Oh and book marks!

Some up coming shows for September, October are in the works, including Tosa Fest (http://www.tosafest.org/) and Nicolet High School Craft Show (http://www.nicolet.k12.wi.us/home/?resources/autumn_artisans_fair). There's a few other large shows in the works too, and hopefully I can announce those in the near future. Check the ZG Calendar for exact dates and times!

OH! and don't forget I'll be down at this week's Fish Fry & a Flick too down at Discovery World (http://www.pabsttheater.org/fishfry/). It's always a fun and cool event, with just about the best Fish Fry I have ever tasted in my life.

Last, but not least, yes, Zewing Girl does home shows too. Lots of questions about that from the State Fair. If you want to gather up the girls, grab some good wine and do some ZG shopping in the comfort of your own house, just drop me a line and let me know!

Whew... so much to do still. It never ends, but I love it. Hope to see you all at some of these up coming shows and around town. Thanks for all the support, and, if you don't mind, keep spreading the word :)
